HH Sheikh Mansoor Festival’s ‘Endurance in Capitals Challenge’

The forest of Fontainebleau, about 60 kms from the French capital of Paris, is the venue where the HH Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Global Arabian Horse Flat Racing Festival’s ‘Endurance in Capitals Challenge’ endurance events will be worked off on October 13 and 14, 2017.

Abu Dhabi, Madrid, Brussels and Paris Fontainebleau are the venues for the 2017 ‘Endurance in Capitals Challenge’ unveiled by the HH Sheikh Mansoor Festival.
The two-day event is being held under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and the support of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, President of the General Women's Union and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood.
Around 300 riders from 21 countries will be taking part in nine events but the highlight of the two-day event will be the HH Sheikh Mansoor Festival rides.
Riders from the UAE, Britain, France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Oman, Qatar, Malaysia, Italy, the Netherlands, South Africa, China, Finland, Hong Kong and Slovakia will be taking part in the event which will be held in the in the magnificent Fontainebleau Forest vicinity.
The forest of Fontainebleau is a mixed deciduous forest lying primarily in the arrondissement of Fontainebleau in the southwestern part of the department of Seine-et-Marne.
One of the featured rides is the 124-km HH Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Cup ride which will be run in four phases of 38kms, 38kms, 25kms and 23kms respectively.
The HH Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Global Arabian Horse Flat Racing Festival is sustained by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority and coordinated by Abu Dhabi Sports Council, with National Feed and Flour Production and Marketing Co. LLC as associate sponsors, The National Archives as the official partner and Emirates airline as the official carriers, in cooperation with Emirates Racing Authority, IFAHR, Emirates Arabian Horse Society, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare and sponsored by Ayadi LLC, Global United Veterinary Services LLC, Wathba Stallions, Abu Dhabi Falconers Club, Emirates Falconers Club, Mohamed Bin Zayed Falconry and Desert Physiognomy School, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Al Awani General Enterprises, Kabale, Omeir Travels, Laboratories Fadia Karam Cosmetics, YAS Channel, Racing Post, Paris Turf, Al Wathba Centre, the UAE's General Women's Union, The Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, the HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition 2017, Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club, Eastern Mangroves Suites-Abu Dhabi by Jannah, Anantara Eastern Mangroves Spa and Resort.
